We use twitter to broadcast last minute schedule changes to the cell phones of all parents and players that are involved with Mountain Vista lacrosse.  Our booster organization leverages the Twitter technology to deliver last minute messages directly to your cell phones because not everyone can access their emails or they are afraid these alerts may get lost in their emails.  All you need to do is create a Twitter account and request to follow our mvhslax user account. 

 East Steps to set up Twitter Account and/or follow us on Twitter:

1. If you already have a Twitter account but have NOT set up your cell phone skip down to step #11
2. If you already have a Twitter account AND have your cell phone set up then skip down to #28
3. If you DO NOT have a Twitter account then continue to step #4
4. Go to Twitter website..... (Click Here)
5. Click "Sign up now" on the right hand side
6. Fill in your name, user name, password, email address & type the words as you see them in the box below.
7. The next screen is for finding other friends.  For now go to the bottom of box and click on "Skip this step".
8. Uncheck the "Select All" box and click on "Finish" at the bottom of the next box (See below).

10. Your account is now set up.
11. Now we want to enable your cell phone to receive updates from the coaches.
12. Click on "Home" at the top right
13. On the top right click on the "Settings" tab.
14. If you see a "Devices" tab under Your account name then go to step #16
15. If you see a "Mobile" tab under Your account name then go to step #22
16. Then click on the "Devices" tab from the menu under our twitter account name. 
17. This will take you to the page below.

19. Enter your cell phone number and click on the box as shown above.  Then click on "Save".
20. Your cell phone is now set up to receive messages from the coaches. Now go to Step #26

22. If you see a "Mobile" tab under your account name, please click on "Mobile" and you will see the page below.

24. Get your cell phone and send a txt message of "START" to 40404
25. You will receive a confirmation message back
26. Now your cell phone is set up to receive text messages from twitter
27. Your Twitter account is now set up.
28. Now you need to request to follow our lacrosse twitter account.
29. Go to our Vista Lacrosse Twitter page.  www.twitter.com/Vistalacrosse
30. Click on "Follow Me"

32. After you click on "Follow" you need to click on the icon right next to "Follow" - see below

34. Your are done and ready to receive messages from our coaches on your cell phones
