Summer Camps and Clinics 2009

Looking to step your game up this summer?  Rock-it Pocket and Colorado Lacrosse and Co. have just the thing for you.  Whether it’s individual and group instruction with the new Northern Colorado Lacrosse Academy or an overnight camp experience at the Colorado State University Men’s Lacrosse Ram Camp, there are plenty of options for players of all ability levels.  See below for some of this year’s upcoming events:

NCLA Skills Camp
Date:  June 11th – 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm
Location:  Harmony Park (5015 Corbett Dr. in Fort Collins)
Instrutors:  Henry Miketa, Alex Smith and Flip Naumburg
Ages:  8-18
Focus:  Basic to advanced positional instruction
Cost:  $20 per player

Denver Outlaws Shooting Clinic
Date:  June 14th @ 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
Location:  Miramont Park (5138 S. Boardwalk in Fort Collins)
Instructors:  Denver Outlaws players and coaching staff!
Ages:   8-18
Focus:  Shooting and stick skill fundamentals and advanced techniques
Cost:  $50 per player – includes ticket to 6/20 Outlaws Game vs. Toronto

CSU Lacrosse Ram Camp
Dates:  July 14th – 17th, 2009
Location:  Colorado State University
Featuring:  Chumash, player-focused instruction for all levels and positions, camp field-trip to MLL All-Star Game on 7/16, and all the lax you can handle for 4 days!
Ages:  Grades 6 – HS Senior = Overnight; Grades 6 and Under = Day Camp
Focus:  Improving individual play with a team-centric approach.  EVERY CAMPER WILL LEAVE AS A BETTER TEAMMATE!
Cost:  $460 – Overnight; $330 – Day Camp
