Deadline = Typically August 27th:

Cost is TBD per player – Payable to Eagles Lacrosse

2. Print the MVHS / DLC Registration PDF
3. Complete & Sign this PDF form
4. Write a check payable to Eagles Lacrosse
5. Mail or drop off your the Registration form and Check to Gayle (Must be received by August 27th)
6. Address:  Gayle Hayungs, 2824 Clariton Drive 80126 (If dropping off leave form and check in Milk Cooler)

Teams:

We will have (1) Varsity team and (1-2) JV teams
Team placement will be determined by coaches

Team size will be limited to 22 players per team and teams will fill up quickly.

Games:

Games are played on TBD and runs for 6 weeks
The league plays 4 x 15 minute quarters for a full hour of play each game

There will be a end of season single elimination tournament

Cost is $85 per player – payable to Eagles Lacrosse
