DETAILS:

Each player is required to pay a $150 player fee to the booster club and $100 sport fee that goes directly to the school.  These fees are required in order to participate in MVHS Boys Lacrosse.  However, you can completely cover the $150 player fee by selling Vista Cards or, if you prefer not to sell cards, you can just write a check for the $150.  This fee will be due at our all team meeting in October.

Vista Cards are reusable discount cards you can carry in your wallet and receive discounts throughout the year at various merchants.  Our fundraising team has been working hard to choose which discounts and coupons will be featured in this year’s cards.  That information will be available in a few weeks.

Cards come in a pack of 2 and sell for $25 – you may split a pack and sell individual cards at $15.  Each player is asked to sell a minimum of 10 packs (20 cards) and that will cover their individual player fee of $150 as a Vista Lacrosse Player.

Proceeds from the Vista Card sales go directly to the MVHS Boys Lacrosse program.  There is no cash value and you will not receive a “refund” for any unsold cards.

Vista Cards usually arrive in July-August.  However, you will need to commit to sell these cards usually by May 20th.  Please direct any questions to Gayle Hayungs.  Contact Gayle by clicking HERE!  We need your commitment on time so the cards can be ordered.

FAQ:

Q:  What if my son is not certain he wants to try out for MVHS Lacrosse?

A:  If your son decides to play in February then the $150 is covered.  If he decides not to go out then you DO NOT receive a cash refund for fundraising of the selling of the Vista Cards.  But you are also not out anything except the time it took to sell.  Many parents of current freshman regret not taking advantage of this opportunity last year and nearly all are opting to sell cards this year.  Every bit helps and lacrosse is an expensive sport.  We work hard to find ways to help you with those costs and make your son’s participation more affordable.

Thank You for your continued support of Mountain Vista Boys Lacrosse!

GO EAGLES!
